Hey! I’m Liz Florez. Originally from Peru where my passion for molecular biology started. I did my PhD research in New Zealand focusing on the molecular virulence mechanisms of an apple fungal pathogen. Currently I am working as a postdoctoral researcher in Germany, where I’m studying the infection biology of a fungal wheat pathogen.
